About Us

Dissatisfaction and disillusionment with work is so widespread, and no wonder — Too many of us have felt exploited, controlled, even traumatized by past workplaces.

It doesn’t have to be this way. At Workflow, we’re daring to re-imagine and demand better of our workplaces.

Through our services and community, we aim to set up early-stage tech companies for success from the very beginning. By equipping these fledgling startups to set a new bar, we hope to support their trajectory in leading the way for rest of the world.

The team behind Workflow have led People functions at successful tech companies – through blood, sweat, and. tears. Our aim is to provide for the next generation of startup leaders the very thing we wish we had.

Workflow is a counter-narrative to workforce. Building a workforce is about grind, hustle, and values based on control that crumble when they’re tested. Workflow is about true collaboration, inclusivity, and ambition as well as healing. We invite you to join us in this mission.

Our approach

People Ops leadership and practices are deeply broken. It can be overwhelming – we get it. But the Workflow instructors + community of peers are here to help. Together, we can break down the problems and have you build up from the ground, the right way.

where workflow comes in.

Learning how to build a great company is a skill like any other. It requires education and practice.

Our programming goes deeper than buzzwords or the latest trends. Our curriculum originated from real-life experiences and has evolved into robust frameworks that are relevant to startup builders and immediately applicable to their day-to-day.

People & Culture will be the next great advantage of top startups.

Previously, companies became runaway successes by building a great Product. Then it was all about Growth. Now, in our increasingly connected world, the new advantage will building Organizations – the ability to attract great people and setting up an environment for them to do their best work.

Community is at the core of what we do.

Longterm change requires longterm support. Our Workflow community is a highly engaged group of alums who are part of our mission of changing work for the better. Bring your challenges and vulnerabilities, and you’ll always find a listening ear and a path forward.

But don't just take it from us

— Tory | Founder (FinTech)

“Throughout the process, the team listened carefully to our specific needs, then presented insightful, clear solutions that we couldn’t have come up with on our own.”

— Nicolas | Founder (LegalTech)

“Since I’ve been a recruiter for a while, I wasn’t sure if I’d come away from HireEd with any huge revelations. I was truly wrong! My brain cannot stop chomping at all the ideas I’m going to implement.”

— Lauren | Recruiter (FinTech)

“I needed the knowledge drop of this program so badly. I’m so pumped to start building my team with HireEd as my foundation.”

— Kell | Founder (Social app)

“I shudder thinking about the pain I would have endured trying to come up with a DEI strategy without this course."

— Krystle, PM

“Our partnership with Workflow has had an incredible impact in building a strong People focus that sets us up for long-term success.”

— Jennifer | VP of People (DevTools startup)
